Submission to the National Housing Taskforce via the National CLT Network. The National Housing Taskforce is a sectoral and political coalition convened by the APPG for Housing and Planning and RICS. The inquiry is chaired by Helen Hayes MP, with vice chairs Richard Bacon MP and Baroness Bakewell of Hardington Mandeville.

The purpose of the enquiry is to support and enable 'new sources of supply', including small builders, self-build, custom build and community-led providers.

The inquiry sought evidence that could lead to greater support for new entrants into the housing market, and scaling up of existing small providers.
