Allerdale District – inspired by neighbouring Keswick Community Housing Trust the community is in the early stages of setting up a CLT to develop local affordable homes. The group carried out a comprehensive assessment of all possible sites in the parish resulting in an offer of land owned by the Lake District National Park.
