Andy is providing technical support for our 40 home community-led housing project in Lawrence Weston, Bristol. He has delivered viability options, presented to the Steering Group on delivery options, advised on suitable approaches to delivery models and governance and has done some research for us into private sector partnerships. His support to date has been invaluable, delivered on time and with the degree of flexibility that is required for community-led projects. Andy has real expertise in financial modelling and in-depth knowledge of the CLT sector tool, which was very difficult to identify elsewhere. It’s a pleasure to work with him and I’d recommend his services to other community-led housing projects that need technical support and advice.
